Cidco was founded by Mart-Jan Bluemink with the aim to help companies and its employees to create a clear vision. Mart-Jan has many years experience in international sales and got introduced to DISC a few years ago. This introduction lead to new insights and was slightly confronting; "so not everyone thinks like me?" ; "sometimes patience does matter" ; "the results is not the only thing that matters for everyone" . The next step was a course at Disc factor to become certified DISC trainer to share these new insights with other professionals that encounter similar challenges in their work.
Cidco is opgericht door Mart-Jan Bluemink met als doel om bedrijven en haar medewerkers te helpen een duidelijke, heldere visie te creëren. Mart-Jan heeft vele jaren internationale sales ervaring en maakte een aantal geleden met DISC. Deze kennismaking leidde tot nieuwe inzichten en was zelfs vrij confronterend; "dus niet iedereen denkt zoals ik?" ; "soms is geduld wel belangrijk" ; "het resultaat is niet voor iedereen de hoofdzaak". Het vervolg was een cursus bij Disc factor tot gecertificeerd DISC trainer, om deze nieuwe inzichten te delen met andere professionals die tegen soortelijke uitdagingen tegenkomen in hun werk.
